Shipping Costs

The shipping for live animals includes the following services:

** Advance notification via email

Please note that if you do not specify a preferred delivery date, we will AUTOMATICALLY ship your paid order on the next available working day.

Our shipping days are:

- Monday - Thursday (within Germany).

- Monday - Wednesday (outside of Germany, within €ope).

- Friday with Saturday delivery within Germany is available for an additional charge.

Delivery date preferences 

For next-day delivery, orders must be received by 10:00 AM on the shipping day.

Due to our quality assurance in shipping, we limit our daily package quantities, so your order may be shipped on the 2nd day. You will receive an email notification in such cases.

Once your order has left our facility, you will automatically receive an email with your shipment tracking information.

Combined orders

For orders that include both animals and technology, our shipping costs are shipping costs are added together.
