Application Instructions:
- Preparing the Sand: Rinse the sand thoroughly in a clean bucket with clear water. Repeat this process until the runoff water changes from milky to slightly cloudy. Any remaining cloudiness will dissipate after a few hours in the aquarium.
- Setting up a New Aquarium: For the best results, add the rinsed sand to the empty aquarium, then carefully fill it with water. Start the filtration system and wait until the water is clear enough to see the back of the tank.
- Using in Existing Aquariums: Rinse the sand as described above and gradually add it in small amounts over several days to the existing substrate. Alternatively, replace the existing sand during each water change.
