- extremely fast bonding, sets in 10 seconds
- very economical, as only tiny amounts of adhesive are needed
- long-term stability
- non-staining
- high viscosity for perfect bonding of SPS frags
- due to its high purity, the adhesive is rapidly overgrown
- gentle on coral tissue
Instructions:
- Before first use, unscrew the plastic cap and press it with the top end into the Reef Fix tube
- Then quickly screw the plastic cap back onto the tube
- If the upper part of the partially used tube becomes firm, unscrew the lid of the plastic cap and cut a small piece off the tip
Recommendation:
- We recommend wearing protective gloves when handling adhesive and generally when working with corals
Fixing Coral Frags:
- Break off a piece of the coral to be fragmented with pliers
- Apply a small amount of Fauna Marin Reef Fix to a frag plug
- Gently dab the broken area of the coral dry and place the frag onto the plug
- Hold the frag firmly and dip it in seawater for 10 seconds
- This speeds up the curing process of the adhesive
- Allow the freshly glued frag to rest for a few minutes to further cure
- Then the finished coral frag can be reintroduced into the aquarium
